Who we are

Ebbie is a product of INSURASAFE, LLC, based in Topeka, Kansas. Ebbie puts live help from your FMO inside your browser while you work. If you have a question about your data, write to support@getebbie.com.

What we collect and why

• Account identity: your name and email, held by Clerk, so we can sign you in and keep you signed in.
• Messages and images you send: held by Stream, so your chats reach your FMO's team and come back to you.
• Billing details: handled by Stripe when an FMO subscribes. We never see card numbers.
• Error reports: collected by Sentry when something breaks, so we can fix it.
• Product usage events, such as chats started and how fast they were answered, so we can run the service and show an FMO its own activity.

What we do not collect

• No browsing history.
• No page content, except a single screenshot you explicitly choose to send from the composer.
• No tracking of you outside the product.
• No sale of your data to anyone.
• No ads.

What the extension can do

The Ebbie extension asks for three things. Side panel opens Ebbie next to the page you are working on. Storage keeps your session on your device so you stay signed in. Capture of the current tab runs only when you click Send screenshot, and the image lands in the composer for you to review before anything sends. Nothing is captured in the background.

How long we keep your data

We keep your chats while your account and your FMO's room are active. To delete your data, write to support@getebbie.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Google API limited use

Ebbie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
