What Ebbie is
Ebbie is a product of INSURASAFE, LLC, based in Topeka, Kansas. Ebbie is a live chat tool that connects an agent with the marketing team at their FMO. We provide the room. The people in it are your FMO's own staff.
Your account and how you use it
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use Ebbie for lawful business only. Do not harass other people, send content you have no right to send, or try to break or abuse the service. An FMO admin can suspend a member from that FMO's room at any time. Your platform account survives a suspension from any single room.
Subscription and payment
An FMO subscribes at $500 a month, flat, for unlimited agents. Billing is month to month. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months. When a subscription lapses, the FMO's room is delisted and existing threads become read-only.
Your messages
Messages and images you send flow through our chat infrastructure provider so they reach the people you are chatting with. How we handle that content is described in our privacy policy.
Ebbie carries the conversation, not the advice
Ebbie transmits conversations between agents and their FMOs. We are not the source of the advice in them and we do not review it. Agents and FMOs are responsible for their own compliance with the rules that govern their work, including anything a client relies on.
Limitation of liability
Ebbie is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, INSURASAFE, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Ebbie at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or its users. Your data is retained per our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
